Kohlrabi Mango Miso Salad

Cut the kohlrabi, mango and apple into very fine strips.

Mix the grated ginger with the Mirin, Tamari and Miso.

Serve the kohlrabi salad with fresh spinach, sesame seeds and the miso dressing.

1 kohlrabi
1 mango
1 red apple
1 cm ginger, grated
2 tbsp Lima Mirin
4 tbsp Lima Tamari 25% Less Salt
2 tbsp Lima Lentil Miso
2 tbsp sesame seeds
a handful of baby spinach
