Our 25% Less Salt Tamari Sauce was the first reduced salt content Tamari on the market. Crafted in Japan, fermented in more than a 100 years old cedar wooden kegs which give this soy sauce an authentic flavor. It contains 25% less salt compared to other soy sauces on the market. Our flavorsome, long-fermented tamari sauces are produced artisanally with deep respect for Japanese traditions & quality. Tamari is glutenfree and has a richer, more intense flavor and umami taste compared to Shoyu.
