Lima's Shoyu Smoked is a soy sauce, crafted from soy and wheat, that is made with deep respect for Japanese traditions and quality. This Shoyu sauce is a fermented product that adds a smoky taste and smell to your dishes. For over 50 years Shoyu has been part of the Lima assortment, ensuring a time-tested flavor experience and quality.

Shoyu should be added at the end of the preparation process, to avoid prolonged heating and maintain its delicious flavour. Shoyu works well with pickles, wok dishes, rice, noodles, sushi, sashimi or steamed vegetables. Additionally, our smoky Shoyu is the perfect ingredient for a delicious barbecue sauce.
