Our Rice Miso has a reduced salt content by 25% compared to other miso pastes on the market and ferments for at least 6 months. It is an unpasteurized miso paste that is appreciated for its distinct flavor.

Miso is used like a bouillon cube in all kinds of dishes to enhance their taste : in soups, sauces, bread spreads, vegetable dishes, vinaigrettes, etc. It is sufficient to mix a small quantity with your dish to enjoy its umami flavour.
