Lima's Lentil Miso is a fermented paste made from brown lentils and rice. It is soy-free, unpasteurised and made in Japan according to the Japanese rules of the craft.

Miso is used like a bouillon cube in all kinds of dishes to enhance their taste : in soups, sauces, bread spreads, vegetable dishes, vinaigrettes, etc. It is sufficient to mix a small quantity with your dish to enjoy its umami flavour.
