Lima's Hatcho Miso is a fermented soy paste that undergoes an exceptionally long fermentation process of up to 24 months.This extended fermentation period leads to a stronger taste.

Miso is used like a bouillon cube in all kinds of dishes to enhance their taste : in soups, sauces, bread spreads, vegetable dishes, vinaigrettes, etc. It is sufficient to mix a small quantity with your dish to enjoy its umami flavour.
