Thanks to an exclusive steaming process, the boiling time of this rice can be reduced while maintaining all its nutritional qualities. Lima rice is packaged in two specially designed, microperforated, serving bags of 125g each. First, boil the bag in a sufficient amount of water. Then, carefully remove the bag from the water and leave to drip for a few seconds. Lastly, open the bag from the perforated incision on the side and enjoy!
