Somen
Somen noodles are a staple in traditional japanese cuisine and made with wholegrain wheat. In contrast to Udon, Somen noodles are very fine and delicate. Due to an elaborate production process, the Lima Somen noodles possess a very smooth texture and can be used in a variety of dishes.

After cooking, Somen noodles can be served warm and cold and are a perfect addition for soups, spicy sauces, sautéed vegetables, and fresh salads. There is no need to add salt to the cooking water, as the Somen noodles already contain salt.
