Instant miso soup ginger
The Instant Miso Soup Ginger combines superior taste and convenience. Miso is a fermented soybean paste, which originated in East Asia more than 1300 years ago and has since been celebrated for its rich flavour. A combination of ginger, rice miso, mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine), shoyu (a sauce of fermented soy and wheat) and seaweed, finished with a pinch of white pepper and cayenne pepper, make this miso soup a delicious, flavourful experience.

Simply pour the contents of one sachet into a cup, add simmering water, stir and enjoy a delicious cup of soup.
